Journal bearing = Stone Age, Ball Bearing = New Age

Once you get balls you never go back.

I would not even consider running a journal bearing.

I built and own the worlds Fastest OEM snowmobile, at 4.82 140.81 in 660 ft. on ice.

My son built and owns the Worlds Fastest Toyota MR2 at 9.66 144.92 in 1/4 mile

Both are Powered by Ball bearing Garrett Turbos.
