CamaroNow's first publication had them doing LT headers, CAI and Tune. They said the CAI added 20-25HP to their car. How they arrived at that figure, I'm not sure, but they're pretty much in the know. Janetty did a huge dyno project on the most popular CAIs available and they concluded that there can be as much as 5-10 hp difference between different CAIs. So, I would say one of the posters is wrong...the CAI makes a difference. If you search YouTube you'll find before and after dyno pulls on the addition of CAIs and you'll see proof.
