The warranty will cover the entire CoilOver, spring included. Hyperco's been around for a LONG time. I'm not sure exactly how long, but I do know Hypercoils have been utilized by every Indianapolis 500 winner since 1965. Check them out,
http://www.hypercoils.com/. If there's any issue at all with the CoilOver assembly, you're covered for the life of the car and then some.
