Most cars on eBay look way worse in person than they do in pictures.
There is really no way of knowing the extent of the damage without examining the car in person so even an expert would not be able to give you any kind of good estimate by simply looking at those pictures.
This we do know... the air bag went off so it was hit fairly hard, and the insurance company totalled it.
Unless you own a body shop and can look at it in person, I would leave that one alone.
