I believe everything is there. If you open the unit there should be one already in there. The wickerbill does look similar to a wedge or a lip. It reduces or disrupts the airflow so that you dont run it too lean. The tune model still has to have a tune to run efficiently and not throw codes for a lean A/F ratio. Not sure why they call it a wickerbill though. A wickerbill was originally designed to increase L/D ratios and looks more like a strip or lip, if you will, that attaches to a race wing. Almost everyone in racing uses them now. Some have been known to call canards wickerbills.
