It just seems like a long-shot that GM would also include the wheels & tires, which alone are at least $3k, with the suspension parts in a bundled pack for $3500. Judging by our current economy and GM, you'd think that they'd want to make more money by forcing you to piece the package together.

$3,500 is if you get the 1LE package from factory.
