Our 3.6 L V6 LLT Engine was voted one of the best 10 engines in the world for the second straight year by Ward's.

For the record, I am getting about 29.2 mpg (avg 70 mph) straight highway and my car is still in the break in period. 50% hwy and 50% city I average 23.9 mpg. I think this is incredible.

I don't know why some of the V8 guys bash this car, but it is an incredible feat of engineering. Anyway, for a daily commuter, this seems the only way to go.

Got a friend who has the SS and he is averaging about 16 mpg overall and states he can eek out 20 mpg straight hwy. Worse than the EPA ratings of 15 and 24 for the SS model.
