I'm not going to try to diagnose his issue as it could be different.
But if I respectfully may, the popping coming from the front right (on mine and many others) happens in both hot and cold. It mainly happens during chassis flex....ie: speed bumps, going up inclines, turning into parking lots, etc. I was told it was in the strut itself. If you try several things and it does not work, try a new
aftermarket strut and please let us know if anything happens.
