There is no miss understanding at all, here is the reply I received from Jonathan.
"I am sorry to hear that but I will be more than happy to assist you with this. The ones that have condensation in them can be removed, dried out, and you can put a small bead of silicone around the marker to ensure this does not happen again. The one with the blown LEDs can be sent back to us along with the warranty request from found in our FAQ section on our website and we will replace it for you.

Maybe you have no issues with their products because none of yours are defective.
