There was a time when I would have agreed with this sentiment, as Tom tuned my car and did a fantastic job... But I sent a family member down that way and the car came back dirty and fingerprinted with 28 more miles on the odometer as well as some fresh swirl marks on the spoiler.
I know every shop has their good and bad days... But I doubt I would ever go back now.
