I'm surprised there are no cameras in the parking garage. If they don't have signs posting "Park at your own risk" I would go after the garage owners and say that they created an environment conducive for vandalism. After being sued I bet they will install cameras everywhere.
People have no respect for their own property let alone others. Sad
