My friend has a Corsa cat back and used the stock brace, he initially had a rattle, took it back and they tightened the mounts some how and has had no noises since. I posted a similar question about Flowmasters hitting the brace, I was told to have someone push the exhaust up while tightening he exhaust, and use a few washers for good measure.
