Great point. While we think 1LEs have these lightweight wheels, the rear setup is just about the same weight as the non 1LE SS rear setup. Besides putting less strain on the drive train lighter wheels/tires = faster car. My setup is 7.5 pounds lighter per wheel than the stock 1LE rear setup. The CAI + 18" DR setup was worth over .4 seconds in the quarter mile. I think I could have gone faster but then I added LTs and dropped another .5 seconds.
