You mentioned downsizing some cars, but talk about trading into a 2500HD.
If you try to sell it privately now is a good time while they are somewhat hard to find and before the 14s hit the streets. Advertise it nationwide. People will travel to buy a car they want. I have done it. Autotrader & cars.com are two I use.

Thanks for the advice. By downsizing I was getting rid of 3 other cars and a boat. I wanted to trade because here we only pay tax on the difference in price which can add up to a couple thousand.
