I would hope GM extends the performance engine build experience to the Z/28.
One thing of note is that the new Performance Engine Build Center is being relocated from its current Wixom, MI to the Bowling Green KY Corvette assembly plant in Q1 2014.
This is just about the time the C7 and Z/28 go into production.
GM wants to add the experience of seeing engines built to the Corvette plant tour and in some cases product delivery.
Based on this and the supercar exclusiveness the Z/28 is likely to have I would think those LS7's destined for Camaro duty will get the same special treatment as those have been for super Vettes, for a cost.
