Easy fix,clay bar. Should be part of prep to fix before car is deliverd. I don't care if it's a 25,000 car or a 100,000 car,dealer should clean and fix any problems they find before delivery of car. I know these guys and gals want their ZL1 yesterday but a couple extra hours with a clay bar will fix it. It happens all the time. I had a small paint repiar shop and I use to get new cars all the time to fix because grime or dirt sat on car for some time. Just a little more love and care and paint will be fine. When I get mine I plain on clay bar first thing. And for as long as these cars were held they have some at dealership that sit alot longer. Just my 2 cent.
