You're ahead of me forging the engine. Good on you. Mine busted before I got to it now waiting for new LSX 427. But, with the mods I had (similar to yours), I would always do some power adders, and some suspension upgrades at the same time. it kept the wheels to the ground this way.
With your setup I'd say you're probably going to get some wheel hop, so I agree with SSE 4 2SS, I'd also do sway bars and end-links to help with over / understeer and cornering. After you stroke and forge the engine vehicle is going to make some radically sick TQ / HP numbers so eventually (especially if you plan to drive it hard), you'll need to do axles, and if you get drag radials you may have to do the driveshaft.
