Alright Ben, found the shop who I was thinking of...
It's called Vaughn Machine or Eric Vaughn Machine and they are down in Monrovia, CA which I believe is near Riverside kind of.

If I remember right it is right around $600 to widen the fronts to 20x11 and another $100 for the adapter you need to run them. Just use your rears for the front and you'll be golden.
