Are you bracket racing? If so, keep doing what you're doing.
But if you want to improve your times, kill both TC and Stabilitrak and work from there.
Since you say "brake torque" I'm assuming automatic. If so, rolling into it is your best option for traction and 60's until you get stickier tires.
