I totally agree! Im a professional painter and have polished thousands of vehicles. You cant replace factory paint and if id put out 60k id want it to be perfect and definitly not going to a body shop. But i do understand your customers frustration with waiting so long id probably take delivery myself!
. But if it needed refinishing you bet id do it myself!
