They are 2.5" in and 2.5" out to the tips.
But what is your goal? Do you want to keep it quieter than the muffler delete? Then it doesn't really make sense to take out just the resonators as it will most likely just add some drone. If you want some better flow then you should take out the entire H-pipe and replace it with an X-pipe. Also, Maryland Speed has some pretty good deals on axlebacks.
