Same car, one's basic model, the other a performance model. Constructors SHARE components between different cars, for reasons of keeping the costs down. If every model on every single car had a bespoke dashboard... There wouldn't be many affordable cars around.
Besides, some constructors did it the other way round too... I give you as an example the Lotus Omega/Carlton. Had a dashboard from a standard Opel Omega 1.8 GL, but a twin turbo 3.6 and Corvette gearbox. And it was sold for about 4 times the price of a basic Omega at the time... (beginning of the 90's)
