im confused ... if your l99 is acting sluggish, it might be from the dealer using 87 octane? and to reset this (just like rebooting a comp) you pull fuses #5 and #20 from the fuse box for a few hours while the car is idling (or while it is off?) and you do not drive it while the fuses are pulled (i assume
) and after a few hours you reconnect the fuses and the cars comp system should be reset back to default making the car faster and accustomed to teh 93 octane as opposed to the crappy 87?
is the only reason to do this is to reset the cars comp? sorry im a noob with this stuff
