Brembo's are notorious for dust. It's the nature of the beast if you want quality brakes. I use Meguires all purpose wheel cleaner and a soft bristle brush. Clean the rims 2x a week, car once a week and wax. Going to ceramic will help but yes, they can damage your rotors. Plus, they don't grip as well under severe braking. Try AutoX and see. Carbon would be a great upgrade but $$$$.
