something I've noticed after I spectate, when I try to join in a race/deathmatch/etc, with you guys, it boots me out sometimes. I wonder if it has anything to do with my low level. I've noticed a lot of times, the minimum requirement for some levels is higher than my current level.

That means you can't host that event ( unless original host leaves and you are next in line.)
I've played many missions where minimum rank was higher than my own.
Not sure how spectate works.
