Hello guys and gals,
I have a painted engine cover that i purchased customized, but want to change the color and repaint myself. Not really looking to go all out and pay someone if i dont have too. I rather do the work myself. How should i prep it for repainting?
The color is black, and I want to repaint dark blue to match my camaro. So what would be the steps i need to take? Would i need to sand (what kind of sand paper, and for what process), primer spray? Adhesion promoter? Types of good paint to use?
