Sounds like pretty much everything you need. Would I need O2 ext.'s for these as well?

I'm on a real tight budget around the 500-700 range so these are real close to my wheel house.

Just like Scott says, no need for extensions. You will have to pull the o2 wire out of OEM holdback clip but they fit fantastically!
