I would not be so discouraged. GM and the CAW have come to terms and a vote is taking place on the 26th. GM is not filing to shut down they are simply using it to deal with creditors. The Camaro is one of the safest cars that GM makes. They have invested hundereds of millions of dollars on the car and it is the hottest car in their company. The US and Canadian governments are loaning billions to GM to keep them alive so it is clear they will survive. The closure of dealers and other downsizing is actually great news. GM has 3.5 times the dealers as Toyota who by the way sells more cars per year the past two years.

You will all get your car just hang in there. If GM would not have take preorders then none of us would have been sitting around waiting since November. We would have ordered in April and gotten our cars a couple of months later so don't take these delays as signs of failure.
