You are correct. Stock crank pulley with 2.5" blower pulley will net 13psi.

The 1900 can be run at 20psi if you want it to. A 10" crank pulley with 2.5" blower pulley will give 18-19psi. Several tuners have already been running this set-up for a few years with great results.
Just makes a helluva lot of heat.
