I could not agree more. We just went through a similar instance on my wife's Caddillac and GM did nothing. Multiple complaints, letters from attorney and still nothing.
If you are in the market for a vehicle in the Charlotte/Rock Hill area stay very far away from Burns Chevrolet Cadillac. They used to be a good dealership, but now like the rest of GM, they no longer care.
I went to driving Acuras in the late 80s and early 90s because of GMs problems and I will do it again if they keep it up.
