You certainly could do that however the ZAIO is pretty much a replacement for the Z-2 - or at least they say it can be.
If you don't want/need to put multiple coats on the car then I'd just go ZAIO and Z-6 or Z-8 with a final Z-CS and call it good.
I will probably move to that actually...
