I'm actually talking about illegal search of your property or person without probable cause. All they look for is consent, and if they don't get it. They'll pull out other suggestive techniques. I was LEO(Master at Arms second class), and know the constitutional rights of individuals. I obeyed my oath, and followed it to the "T". Honestly though. Looking for drunk drivers is not very hard. DUI checkpoints are not needed.
