There are rubbing compounds and polishes you can buy for smartphones and "glossy finished" electronics at any big or small box electronic store (or even use the CD/DVD repair kits, just use a lint free cloth to rub in the compound). They diminish scratches quite a bit, but they are all imperfect unfortunately.

Typically the only thing you can do with those types of surfaces is buy a new plate. Usually they won't be OEM, but the Chinese made replacements are generally good. Amazon is your friend when it comes to hunting for parts like this.

I also take it you aren't talking about a MyLink screen correct? Otherwise you'd be SOL beyond using compounds.
