You cant please everybody. Theres an old saying in the business......A HAPPY customer will tell 5 people, an UNHAPPY one will tell 20.
Been in the bodyshop business myself and the complainers and unhappy people are the ones that want money back (it wasn't like that before)or something fixed for nothing or are pissed I wouldn't save their deductable. Let them tell 20 people, who needs these jerks or their friends. The 5 good customers will tell their 5 friends and then you build a great customer base.
