Oh, I knew halfway through the course it wasn't going to be my fast time. I was off a couple cones and figured I'd hammer it down just before that last cone on the straight and stay with it as long as I could to try to make up time. Well, I did hammer it down....and then some...
I saw those cones coming up and just knew there was no way I was going to make it around while braking. So I just laid on the brakes in that straight line knowing I'd be able to stop in time. Oh well.....it would have been some work for them and no one needed that.

AAAaaannnnd that DNF that I was so adamant didn't happen? Yeah. Um... Well they were BOTH right....I DNF'd twice on that run. No idea what happened, but it was alllll jacked up. I'll post that one too as soon as it finishes uploading.
