Also the next gen Mustang will be a big if. The 2010 Mustang I'm not worried. But 2012 could be. We'll see.

The BMW 1 series had a 3.5 * rating, but should be considered competition. Also, I missed it originally, but the BMW 328 meets all of the criteria.
