I got totally blown off by autoagenda. I am now dealing with the manufacturer directly. Even they apologized about the "terrible treatment by the vendor". My issue isnt fully resolved yet... but at least I have gotten a hold of a real person who actually seems like they are trying to help. Autoagenda is a joke.
