That is where mine are set at. It drops it 1.2 inches. It will settle about another 1/4 of an inch after you put some miles on it.
Mine is currently at exactly 647mm at all 4 corners with 1/2 a tank in the car. I filled it up, and the back dropped about 1/8th of an inch.
Right now I am at 15/15, but I will probably go back to 12/15. I prefer a stiffer setting for the rears.
