Long story:
I went in to look at a black camaro 1le...they informed me that they had given the car to the auto show and that it was damaged and they are having it repaired. I told them I didn't want a car that was in the auto show and to order me a new one.
They agreed, mentioned the order has been placed but they keep beating around the bush when I ask them for the order number. They tell me they have placed the order but GM hasn't given them an order number. I fear they will try to give me the repaired 1le from the auto show. Can I confirm the manufactured date by the VIN they provide me?
