I started with upgrading my fe3 suspension sways to the fe5 sway bars, also had endlinks and rear lower control arms upgraded. A little problem was the fact that the right front endlink was the same like my left endlink, it was a packing mistake(I brought all the parts from US and had them shipped it was complicated to send the incorect part back). So I called my local dealer for getting the right one and he asked 3x the price that I have paid in US plus VAT.
So I suggest you find a way of importing your parts cheap. I for example buy from the big name shops, jegs,amazon etc. and have a freight forwarder ship them to me.
If you read the threads around here you will easily see what mods are easy and which ones require more skill etc. but in the end one thing matters you must get the parts cheap!
