Just throwing it out there, might be a heatsoak issue. I had a jeep that would run rough only if started 10-30 minutes after being full warm. One of the injectors was getting heatsoaked, so the fuel would vaporize. This leaves one of the cylinders without fuel for a few seconds. The TSB solution was to insulate the offending injector that was subject to high temperatures from the intake manifold.
Like I said, I may be off base, but the symptoms are similar.
