on the Z06's you can get a bit of shifter rattle at certain rpms.

the hurst is right In between the two imo. no where near as soild as the MGW but I did not notice much noise. Not sure if it is enough different than OEM to make me spend the money.

So depending on what you like you can go from there.

I think the stock shifter is really good for an OEM piece but the MGW is the way to go if you want short precise shifts.
I would have to I agree with Nuts on this one, I have even know some people to actually use an aftermarket shifter (and they put the O.E.M. back it ZL1).
