CEL is on since your rear O2 sensors are reading the same as the front sensors and it is telling your computer your cats are not working.
Did the traction control light come on first time you cranked it up or was it after driving it? Possibly a code from exceeding the torque which is stock set at around 300 lbs.
Typically after installing LT's you should have your car tuned to correct these issues. You can have the rear O2's turned off and the torque table doubled.
Airbags is totally different situation all together and runs on a different system entirely.
