I just had my 2013 1ss in for service and I brought this issue up and I was told by the mechanic that it is normal to relieve the pressure. I just wanted to get my car out of there and get to work. I know it is BS, because if fluid is coming out, moisture is going to get in. I just don't have the time to argue. If I can find my plumbers teflon tape I might just wrap it around the threads.
