I had the same problems and I too live in Utah. I ended up taking my car to a guy named Sam at Fairway Chevrolet in Vegas. Not too far and he does great work and knows how to tune. That was the biggest thing for me was finding a confident tuner. There might be some in Utah but I've yet to find one. All of the recommendations I get from distributors are guys in Vegas. Vegas because it's who they know closet to Utah with skills. I have heard of a couple speed shops in Utah that sell and install FI kits and what not but again, not sure about tuning ability. Just an FYI. I'm doing a build thread on my car with Sam and you can follow it to see if you like what he does with my car. Good luck!!
