your spacing isn't even between the three pieces, but at least it looks consistent between both sides
i didn't notice a length difference when i got mine, but that was also 6 months ago, and i really didn't measure them. i doubt i'd notice 3/16" when i was excited to put them on...although now you made me want to measure, lol...i didn't have any burrs, but the edges are pointed enough that i've got to take a little extra care when i chamois the hood.
anyway, looks good!
