RS equipped cars do not have "Fog" lights, they are DRL's an will be on duringthe day. If you leave your headlight switch on Auto, your DRL's will be on during he day and at the appropriate time, the HID Headlights withthe Halos will come on.
You can turn the Halos on by turning the headlight switch once to he left and then one click past the automatic setting. Which will turn on the Halos by themselves. No parking light or "DRL's"
