Like others have said, you are probably letting out the clutch a bit too slow. I would just practice on letting off faster. You'll know when you let off too quick! Just keep playing around with it and you'll get the feel. It takes a while to master a clutch in general, and every car is a bit different. Your first clutch may have a bit shorter life expectancy, but hey it's a wear item.
