my 2012 with the BA pkg. opinion
Even with the Phoenix Gold sub/amp upgrade the BA in my opinion are not very clear. I just installed the Pioneer Avic Z140BH in my 67. I am using an Alpine digital amp, 2 Alpine speakers in the kickpanels, and 1 small 8" sub behind drivers seat on the floor. The clarity of this 3 speaker system blows away my 2012 in clarity and tonal authority. As i am in my upper 40's :( i dont turn it up as loud as i used to, but instead want clarity. Sorry BA, just not doing it for me.
I think i will be replacing my door speakers soon.
