The body guy at Stonebriar Chevrolet in Frisco did amazing work on my rear bumper cover after a truck hitch backed into it and punctured and misshaped it. Looked brand new.
They told me they have one guy there that does nothing but repairs on plastic. He fixes stuff other shops have to replace.
